How to Download Episode Videos
If your QUEST Episode videos are not playing properly in the game interface, there is an easy way to download the videos ahead of time.
Step 1. Using your game interface, click "Create Demo Class" and select episode 7 to demo. (This will ensure you can find all past episode videos).
Step 2. Once you are in episode 7, click on the "Video Library" icon located on the top right of the screen and navigate to the video you are looking to download. Click on the video you want to download, select "Play in New Window"
Step 3. Once the video is pulled up in a new tab, select the 3 Dots icon located on the bottom right of your screen and click "Download". Once downloaded, you should have no issues playing this video for your students. Keep in mind, you will have to minimize the game interface while you play the video from the downloaded file.
